The extensions that I ordered from EBestHair Marketplace came from Vogue Wigs. When the extensions arrived, I unsnapped the box and I could tell they would not match my hair so I decided to return/exchange the item. I paid an additional $12.00 to return the extensions, and when they were received by Vogue Wigs, I received an email saying that they were used; that if I wanted to continue with my exchange, I would have to pay a 50% fee on top of what I had already paid. I felt the entire transaction was absurd--I didn't try on the hair or remove the tags and hairnet. I ended up having to pay $6.95 to have the original extensions sent back to me. Order the extensions--just be VERY careful if you order from this company.Price Quality Shipping
